A Medical Administrative Management associate degree will prepare you to manage a physician's office.

The objectives of the Medical Administrative Management program are to prepare you to be a multi-skilled professional able to perform administrative, clinical and managerial duties in a physician's office, outpatient clinic or other similar type of healthcare facility. The program curriculum prepares you first as a medical assistant, then continues with course work in medical office management duties. Most of our graduates typically begin employment as medical assistants or clinical assistants in a physician's office or other outpatient clinical settings. With experience, you'll have advancement opportunities in medical office management or leadership positions.

The Spencerian College Medical Administrative Management program is inclusive of the Medical Assisting program in its entirety, which is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP). Students must take the Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) exam with the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) in order to graduate from the program. This certification is a further indication of your skills and professional abilities.

The Medical Assisting program at Spencerian College has maintained a 100% average in both Graduate and Employer Satisfaction rates over the last 5 years based on the most recent Annual Report Form submitted to the Medical Assisting Review Board (MAERB) and the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
