A Limited Medical Radiography diploma will prepare you to administer ionizing radiation.

The mission of the Limited Medical Radiology program is to provide a progressive academic and clinical educational environment by training students to become highly competent and qualified to administer ionizing radiation for medical diagnostic imaging purposes while preparing them for future licensing examination. You may find employment at clinics, physician's offices and urgent care centers. Our program can be completed in 12 months for those taking day classes, or in 18 months for students in our evening classes.

There are three energized labs on campus for positioning practice. The energized labs have computed radiography (CR) capabilities. Also, our program requires 370 hours of clinical education at various hospitals throughout the Louisville area.
